114學年度第二學期學雜費開始繳納

一、114學年度第二學期日間學制大學部及研究所「學雜費繳費單」預計於115年1月29日開放下載繳費，繳費期限至115年2月23日(註冊日)，逾期無法使用信用卡繳費。

二、繳費單請至台銀學雜費入口網自行下載，至台銀各地分行、郵局、超商或以信用卡、ATM等方式繳納。

三、下載繳費單請至學校首頁/資訊公開專區/課程學習輔導/行政服務資訊 或 總務處出納組網頁/學生專區【學雜費入口網】，

       請勿重覆繳交。

           1.點選【繳費單查詢】(原【學生登入】)

           2.輸入【代收類別】、【身分證字號】、【學號】、【識別碼】及【圖形驗證碼】 確認登入

              111552  研究所

             「識別碼」說明

                 (1) 識別碼預設為學生生日(如民國70年5月3日請填入 0700503)

                 (2) 識別碼雖可供變更，但建議維持原訂預設值。

四、繳費單有疑問者請暫緩繳費，先洽詢下列相關單位更正後再自行下載繳費。

        休退學或學籍-  教務處  和平教務組    分機：1131~1136(和平校區學生)

Tuition & Fees Payment Notice (Spring Semester 2026)

1. Payment Period

  • Start Date: The payment slip will be available for download starting January 29, 2026.

  • Deadline: February 23, 2026 (Registration Day).

  • Note: Credit card payments will not be accepted after the deadline.

2. Payment Methods

  • Please download the payment slip from the Bank of Taiwan (BOT) website.

  • Payments can be made at:

    • Any BOT branch or Post Office.

    • Convenience stores (7-11, FamilyMart, etc.).

    • Credit card, ATM, or online banking.

3. How to Download Your Payment Slip Go to the NKNU Homepage > Administrative Services > Office of General Affairs > Cashier Section > [Student Tuition Payment Portal] Or visit the BOT website directly: https://school.bot.com.tw/

Login Steps:

  1. Click "Payment Slip Inquiry" (繳費單查詢).

  2. Enter the following information:

    • Collection Category (代收類別):

      • 111542 for Undergraduate students.

      • 111552 for Graduate students.

    • ID Number: Your ARC or Passport number.

    • Student ID Number.

    • Verification Code (識別碼):

      • Default is your Birthday in ROC era format (e.g., if you were born on May 3, 1981, enter 0700503).

    • Graphic Verification Code.

  3. Click "Login" to download and print your slip. Please do not make duplicate payments.

4. Contact Information for Inquiries If you have questions about the fees, please do not pay yet. Contact the relevant office first:

  • Dormitory Fees: Student Assistance Section (Ext. 1236).

  • Tuition Waivers/Reductions: Extra-Curricular Activities Section (Ext. 1256).

  • Student Loans: Extra-Curricular Activities Section (Ext. 1252).

  • School Registry/Status:

    • Heping Campus: Academic Affairs Office (Ext. 1131~1136).

    • Yanchao Campus: Academic Affairs Office (Ext. 6102, 6103, 6106).

  • General Payment Issues: Cashier Section (Tel: 07-7172930).

    • Undergraduate: Ext. 1363 / Graduate: Ext. 1364.
