語言能力證明 Proof of Language Proficiency (Must meet NKNU’s minimum language requirements or higher)

本校系所（學位學程）依授課語言分為華語文授課及英語文授課（含有足夠英語文授課課程可滿足畢業需求之系所）。各系所（學位學程）授課語言依簡章公告之。
The University’s departments and degree programs are categorized based on the language of instruction into: Mandarin-taught programs, English-taught programs (including programs that offer sufficient English-taught courses to fulfill graduation requirements). The language of instruction for each department /program is specified in the admissions brochure.

(1) 華語授課系所 / Mandarin-taught Programs
I. 母語非華語文之申請人（Non-native Chinese speakers）→ 應繳交華語文能力測驗成績，且達以下任一標準：
Applicants must provide one of the following Chinese language test results:
a. TOCFL：A2 級或以上 / TOCFL: Level A2 or above
b. HSK：四級或以上 / HSK: Level 4 or above
若系所另訂較高標準，依招生簡章規定辦理。If the department/program sets a higher standard, that requirement shall apply as stated in the admissions brochure.

II. 替代文件  Alternative Proof
符合以下條件之一者，可提供相關證明替代華語測驗成績：
Applicants meeting any of the criteria below may submit relevant documents instead of Chinese test results:
a.母語為華語：須提供手寫中文背景自述，說明日常使用情況、學習經歷與聽說讀寫能力。
Native Chinese speakers must provide a written personal statement describing their daily use of Chinese, learning experience, and proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
b.前一學位為華語授課：提供學校出具之華語授課證明。
If the previous degree was taught in Chinese, provide a certificate of Chinese-medium instruction.
c.前一學位主修華語相關科系：提供畢業證書。
If the previous degree major was Chinese language-related, provide the graduation certificate or official proof.

(2) 英語授課系所 / English-taught Programs
I. 母語非英語文之申請人（Non-native English speakers）→ 應繳交英語能力測驗成績，且達以下任一標準： 
Applicants must provide one of the following English language test results: 
a.CEFR：B1 級或以上 / CEFR: Level B1 or above
b.TOEFL iBT：57 分或以上 / TOEFL iBT: 57 or above
c.IELTS：4.0 分或以上 / IELTS: 4.0 or above
d.TOEIC：550 分或以上 / TOEIC: 550 or above
若系所另訂較高標準，依招生簡章規定辦理。If the department/program sets a higher standard, that requirement shall apply as stated in the admissions brochure.

II. 替代文件 / Alternative Proof
符合以下條件之一者，可提供相關證明替代英語測驗成績：
Applicants meeting any of the criteria below may submit relevant documents instead of English test results:
a.國籍為英語系母語國家：提供護照影本。
Applicants whose nationality is from a country where English is an official language and common language: provide a copy of your passport.
b.前一學位於英語系母語國家取得：提供畢業證書。
Applicants who obtained their previous degree in a country where English is an official language and common language: provide a copy of your graduation certificate.
c.前一學位於我國之全英語授課課程修畢，並提供授課語言證明：提供學校出具之英文授課證明。
Applicants who completed their previous degree in Taiwan in a program fully taught in English: provide an official certificate of English as the medium of instruction issued by the school.
 

財力證明 Official Bank Statement (in Chinese or English)

財力證明須為申請者本人名下之存款證明，並須於申請日前三個月內由合法金融機構開立，存款餘額需達新台幣150,000元（或美金5,000元）以上；或政府、本校或民間機構提供全額獎助學金之證明。
Applicants must submit a bank statement or certificate of deposit issued within three months prior to the application date by a recognized financial institution. The account should ideally be under the applicant’s name, and the balance must be at least NTD 150,000 (or USD 5,000), or official proof of a full scholarship provided by the government, this University, or a private organization may be submitted instead.

若帳戶非申請者本人所有，僅接受由申請者本人或三等親（含父母、祖父母、兄弟姊妹）提供之財力證明，並須檢附親屬關係證明文件，同時附上資助者簽署之[財力擔保書](附件)。
If the account is not under the applicant’s name, financial documents are only accepted when provided by the applicant or a third-degree relative (e.g., parents, grandparents, siblings). Proof of kinship is required, along with a signed Affidavit of Financial Support (as attachment) from the sponsor.

國外文件若非中文或英文，須另附中文或英文譯本。公司帳戶或代辦機構提供之財力證明恕不受理。
Documents must be in Chinese or English. Foreign documents in other languages must include a Chinese or English translation.
Corporate accounts and statements issued by agencies or proxy organizations will not be accepted.
 

錄取資訊 Admission Information

錄取名單由本校招生委員會依各系所甄審結果審核核定。
The official admission results are subject to final approval by the NKNU Admissions Committee, following the evaluation outcomes of the respective departments/ programs and colleges.

申請者請於放榜後，自行至國際處網站查看錄取結果。
Applicants are requested to check their admission results on the Office of International Affairs website after the announcement.

錄取公告後，本校將以電子郵件通知正取生。正取生需於指定期限內回覆入學意願或放棄入學，逾期未回覆者視同放棄入學資格，資格將自動取消。確認入學者之入學通知書將在收到確認回覆後，以電子郵件通知並隨後郵寄。
After the admission results are announced, admitted applicants will be notified via email. Admitted students must confirm their intention to enroll or decline admission by the specified deadline; failure to respond by the deadline will be regarded as a waiver of admission and the qualification will be automatically revoked. Admission letters will be emailed and then mailed after receiving confirmation of enrollment.
