• 秋季班及春季班分開辦理，依國際事務處公告時間向本校提出申請。
  Fall and Spring Intake scholarship Applications are handled separately, please followed the schedule announced by the Office of International Affairs (OIA).

Eligibility ｜ 申請對象

• 新生: 114-1 入學之外國學生(秋季班)
  Foreign students newly admitted in Fall Semester 2025 (114-1).

• 在校生: 113-1學期或更早入學，未申請113-2（春季班）的在校境外學生
  Current foreign students enrolled in or before Fall Semester 2024 (113-1) who have not previously applied in Spring Semester 2025 (113-2) .

Notes ｜ 注意事項

• 113-2（春季班）已申請者不得重複申請。
  Students who already applied in Spring Semester 2025 (113-2) may not re-apply.
• 以「僑生身分」入學者不得申請。
  Overseas Chinese students are not eligible to apply.
• 已獲「教育部臺灣獎學金」或其他政府機構獎學金者不得再申請本獎學金。
  Students who have received the Taiwan Scholarship from the Ministry of Education or any other government scholarship are not eligible to apply.

2. 前一學年度成績單（第一年新生免繳）/ Transcript of the previous academic year (waived for first-year new students)
3. 在學證明（須向教務處申請，不可使用學生證）/ Enrollment certificate (apply at the Office of Academic Affairs; student ID not accepted)
4. 切結書 / Declaration form
5. 推薦函（第一年新生與大學部免繳）/ Letter of recommendation (waived for first-year new students & bachelor's students)
6. 當學期學雜費繳費證明 / Proof of tuition and fee payment
7. 有效居留證 / Valid ARC (Alien Resident Certificate)
8. 郵局或臺灣銀行帳戶影本（使用其他銀行須自行負擔手續費）/ Copy of Post Office or Taiwan Bank account (handling fees apply for other banks)

• 獎學金以學年為單位核定，按月匯款，原則上於月底撥款。
• 特殊情況：
  • 1–2 月款項於 3 月統一發放
  • 9–10 月款項於 11 月統一發放

• 若於當月 15 日（含）之前辦理退學、畢業或休學，該月獎學金不予發放；若於 15 日之後辦理，則該月獎學金仍全額發放。
